2015 was an exceptional growing season perfect for making this formidable Rosé wine. Unlike many Rosés, where juice is separated from the skins immediately after pressing, these grapes were crushed and the juice left on the skins for fermentation. This process gave the wine its deep, rosy hue and rich mouth feel. This wine had the substantial fruit and body to merit limited aging in new oak. A combination of Hungarian, French and American Oak barrels were used.
